One of the most incredible things ever created is the human body. The complexity of each system and how they work together is fascinating. And most of the time we don’t even have think about the HOW and WHY, our body just does what it does.

Your mind and body are interconnected. There is no separation. What goes on in your mind directly affects your body.

My professional training and background is Massage Therapy and Spiritual Psychotherapy. I have been able to successfully combine them to develop a proven system that reduces and often eliminates pain by creating balance both physically and emotionally.

WHAT is a Mind-Body Massage?
A mind-body massage is a therapeutic RMT treatment that includes a combination of modalities such as: hands-on bodywork, Swedish massage, body awareness, guided visualization, breath work, cranial-sacral alignment, aromatherapy, and energy balancing.
It creates space to help connect the dots between the physical and the emotional to get you results
WHAT it is not:
This is NOT a deep tissue massage but it does give opportunity to identify and understand the source of the pain and discomfort in the body while providing relief without force.
This is NOT a talk therapy session. You will not be required to discuss any emotional issues, however you’ll be invited to let go and release the emotional baggage of the story your body is holding onto.
WHO is it for?
This is ideal for people who are experiencing chronic fatigue, unresolved physical issues, old / recurring injuries or unusual and undiagnosed sensations. Maybe you’ve consulted a doctor, but they haven’t been able to explain why you are experiencing what you are experiencing.
For those who have been treating the same issue over and over or have tried different approaches and yet the issue still remains.
WHEN should I get a Mind-Body treatment?
When you are ready and willing to understand WHY your body is holding onto this stress pain/sensation/discomfort.
When you are ready to take responsibility and actions to resolve the issue.
WHY do you need this?
To understand the underlying causes of your physical discomfort/pain
To gain clarity and educate yourself about the origin of your issue
To heal and release this issue once and for all
HOW is it different?
This treatment is neither a relaxation massage or a deep tissue massage. This is a treatment that addresses the core of an issue that has manifested physically.
This is an holistic and intuitive approach that includes mindfulness techniques, energy work and hands on modalities.
