Strength yoga is a vigorous, physically challenging and heating style of yoga. Postures are linked together in flowing sequences connected by the breath to create a practice of continuous movement. You will get a bit sweaty, but after a relaxing cool down, you will leave feeling refreshed.
Yin and Yang
Wednesdays at 9:30am, 10:45am & 6pm + Fridays at 8:30am
This gentle style of yoga helps students to breathe more deeply and increase flexibility, strength and stamina. In the first half of the class, we move into slow, yet flowing sequences. The second half explores a series of deep, passive postures designed to release myofascial muscle tissues. We will end in a restorative deep relaxation. “Listen to your body” is the mantra of this class. Suitable for all levels; beginners are welcome.
Gentle Yoga for Mind & Body
Saturdays at 9am (Resumes in October)
Prenatal students welcome.
A slower-paced and healing practice that will teach you how to safely stretch, breathe deeply, and learn techniques to calm your mind. All levels are welcome. Perfect for those recovering from injury or dealing with chronic conditions; or if you crave a slower-paced practice; or just needing some help to unwind. Pre natal women are also welcome. Gentle breathing/meditation will be introduced.
Core Building Pilates
Tuesdays at 9:15am
Learn the basic principles of Pilates and the essential series of exercises to build core strength and increase your flexibility. Core building Pilates will improve your posture, alleviate back pain and encourage weight loss and toning.
All levels are welcome!
Stretch & Flow Yoga
Tuesdays at 8pm
Stretch & Flow: This class uses a combination of movement, postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. An all levels class with focus on alignment, beginners will safely learn the basics while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.
Intro To Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series
5 week workshop
5 week pre-registered series/Sept 28th-Oct 25th/Thursdays 9:30 -10:30 am
A five-week series that is suitable for both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners, and will provide an introduction to the dynamic practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Small-sized classes to maximize instruction.
Yoga & Pilates Class Coordinator
Stephanie received her yoga certification in Hatha Vinyasa yoga from Cynthia Funk and Karusia Wroblewski at the Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto. Since then, she has continued to accumulate training hours in Yin, Power Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety, and Children’s Yoga. She’s also completed Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Meditation program. Stephanie has had the opportunity to learn from renowned Canadian teachers like Eoin Finn, Cathy Keenan, Tama Soble and Shehla Kahn; and international teachers, Amy Ippoliti, Jason Crandell and Seane Corn.
In addition to teaching at some of the most respected yoga studios and fitness clubs in Toronto, Stephanie has taught corporate yoga workshops to employees of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment. She has also created specialized yoga programs for pre-teen and teen hockey players in the GTA, and has taught yoga to teens at several elementary and high schools in Toronto.

Reservations may be cancelled online, by emailing email@example.com, calling Stephanie directly 647-220-0233 (cell) or you can leave a message in her voicemail box at the clinic 416-913-3080 ext 306.
We require 5 hours notice to cancel a class reservation prior to the start of any class. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged for the class.
All classes begin on time; absence from a reserved class will result in the client being charged for the class.
Unused single classes and multi-class packages expire if the first class has not been reserved within a specified amount of time from date of purchase:
• Two Week Unlimited Special: Two weeks to reserve the first class
• Single Class: Three months to reserve the class
• Declining Class Packages: Twelve months to reserve the first class
• All declining passes (5, 10, 20, 50) expire one year after first use.
