About Your TRX Instructor
Laira Thomas is a certified TRX Suspension trainer with years of experience as a Can-Fit-Pro FIS certified personal trainer and competitive gymnastic and dance coach.

Before having her three children Laira was an award winning student in Tae Kwan Do, and has many years' experience as a dance and competitive gymnastic coach. Laira is CPR and Can-Fit-Pro FIS certified (Group Fitness Instructor) as well as a certified parent coach, having studied the Theories of William Glasser, Choice Theory.
When Laira isn’t at Continuum Wellness she teaches Kickboxing and is co-owner of a medical aesthetics business at a beautiful spa at Avenue and Eglinton.

Plans and Pricing
Five Class Pass
Classes are approximately 45 minutes in length.
Prices include applicable taxes.
Reservations may be cancelled online up to 24 hours prior to the class. You can also email Laira directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 416-937-6321
We require 5 hours notice to cancel a class reservation prior to the start of any class. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged for the class.
