A five-week series that is suitable for both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners, and will provide an introduction to the dynamic practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Small-sized classes to maximize instruction.
Each class is designed to make the poses of the Primary Series accessible to each practitioner's individual needs. Modifications and hands-on adjustments will be provided when helpful. You will also learn the three tools of deepening your awareness that make Ashtanga such a powerful practice: breath, bandha (energetic seals in the body), and your looking focus (drishti).
