5 week preregistered series - $125 + HST
Tuesdays starting November 5th from 10:20am-11:20am

This is a baby friendly class up the the stage of crawling.

Postnatal YOGA at Continuum Wellness

  • A baby optional, postnatal yoga series for all stages of postpartum development.

  • Ideal for any mom at any stage postpartum whether that is 8 weeks or 18+ years

  • We will incorporate exercises to help strengthen the core and improve the function of the pelvic floor.

  • This class with help improve your posture, increase body knowledge, regulate your mood and provide support by meeting other moms

  • If you have been diagnosed with conditions like incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse, this class can help. By restoring your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, you can prevent yourself from having incontinence or prolapse later in life.

All levels are welcome. Maximum 8 people
