Cancellation Policy 

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you are unable to provide this notice, you will be charged a CANCELLATION FEE of $65. For multiple late cancellations or failure to show up for your reserved time, FULL FEE for the missed appointment will be charged. A valid Credit Card may be required to keep on file.

This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients who are in need of treatment, and also to make massage therapy a feasible career for our therapists.  

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. However, if that’s not available, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking.

If you have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention.  We do not consider schedule conflicts to be emergencies. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time :-) 

Tipping Policy

Tipping is not expected or necessary. Our RMTs are passionate about what they do and are committed to your health. Your return visits to the clinic are the best tip and referrals of a friend, family member or co-worker are greatly appreciated!

The Ontario Government has legislation, the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) that came into effect on November 1, 2004. This act has been established to set out rules for the collection and utilization of information that is collected about patients.
