As a Registered Massage Therapist, Petya has seen how stress and emotion live in the body.
Many of her clients come in with pain that won’t fully release, even after hands-on treatment, because the nervous system is still guarding.
Drawing on her background in MindBody Therapy, somatic movement, and BodyTalk integration, she designed The Somatic Reset to gently unwind the body’s stress patterns and re-educate its natural rhythms of rest and repair.
It’s not just about loosening muscles, it’s about teaching the body how to feel safe again.

What the Somatic Reset is
This six-week experience blends gentle movement, breathwork, and guided awareness practices to help you release stored tension and reconnect with your body’s natural balance.
You’ll explore the connection between your nervous, circulatory, lymphatic, and digestive systems, learning how each plays a role in your overall well-being.
No prior experience is needed. This is a space for slowing down, listening inward, and rebuilding trust with your body.
How it works
Each week, you’ll meet for a 75-minute online group session focused on one core system of the body.
Through somatic movement, remedial exercises, and guided nervous system practices, you’ll learn to
move from “fight-or-flight” to “rest-and-restore.”
The 6 week online journey will cover:

It is recommended for participants to pair this online journey with in-person, 1:1 RMT MindBody Massage sessions with Petya at Continuum Wellness for personalized support and integration.
